Blender Smart Mask

Smart Mask in Blender that you can use for masking material just like in Substance Painter. It use Mesh Maps such as Ambient Occlusion, Thickness, Curvature to drive the Mask. It included node for making mesh maps, for EEVEE you need to bake the mesh maps for it to work properly.

You can use any texture and use it as the Grunge Map input base on what your goal.
